Very nice, quiet location, but only 1 minute walk away from metro ("B", station Vysocanska) and shopping mall Fenix. Apartment is located near historical center of Prague (only 10 minutes with subway). Its also in walking distance from Clarion Congres hotel or O2 arena concerts.

We recommend to visit famous O2 Arena - only 10min walk. The only additional fee is the local fee required by the local ordinance of the City of Prague. This fee is collected in cash (CZK/USD/EUR) during the stay and is 50 CZK per adult per day (children are exempt from the fee).

Josef is a very friendly and polite person. his place is in excellent condition, very clean and ,in fact, it looks better than the pictures. the location is also convenient. Looking forward to meet again!

The flat was very nice and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we felt great staying there. Everything was clean and well maintained. The flat is part of what seems to be a historic building, with beautifully renovated original doors to the bathroom and toilet that added a charming vibe I really loved! I would definitely visit this place again if I get the chance.

An authentic old-timey place which makes for a comfortable stay with a very responsive host. Incredibly close to public transportation and all together a great deal for both short term and long term stays.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation. From the front door you can see a shopping mall with many food court options for quick meals, or you can go to the Billa in the mall to stock your fully-equipped kitchen. The host is very communicative and professional. 10/10 you should stay at the Airbnb!

The metro is very close so getting around the city wasn't a problem at all. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could get all we needed without having to travel much. The apartment is just as it is in the pictures, it is clean and peaceful and the host is very kind.

Everything was clean and host was lovely and accommodating. Far away from centre but it was close to the public transport. Neighbour downstairs complained about everything so beware. We were not able to walk or talk normally before having her come and knock on our door 3 times.

A clean and fully equipped apartment, with information and communication via messages being very efficient. Josef was always available in case of any issues. The nearby metro makes it a perfect strating point for visiting the center of Prague, and the nearby shopping mall is also very convenient. Overall, a very good experience with a responsive host and a really good apartment.

I’ve visited many wonderful cities -such as New Orleans, San Francisco, Toronto etc and lived in London for 26yrs, but Prague is very special. This is THE place to stay when you visit! It’s a little way from the historic centre but it’s walkable and public transportation in Prague is fantastic. A quiet area, near the O2 venues. Great communication from Josef and his son. Fabulous restaurants nearby (including Vietnamese and Mexican if the local food isn’t your thing. A good bed and shower. Absolutely perfect in every way. I had 6 days here but I will return to Prague and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Josef!

Die Unterkunft ist für eine oder zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einem Reihenhaus. Man erreicht in 2 Laufminuten mehrere Haltestellen des öffentlichen Verkehrs, mit denen man sehr einfach in die Stadtmitte kommt. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit größerem Supermarkt ist ebenso in 3 Laufminuten einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Josef verlief einfach und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, wie auch in anderen Bewertungen, ist die Nachbarin aus der Wohnung darunter. Sie ist leider sehr empfindlich bezüglich der Lautstärke, auch wenn man wirklich sein bestes versucht, sich Leise zu verhalten. Dafür kann Josef natürlich nichts, es ist nur gut zu wissen.
