The whole house is fully at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay (including the entire garden).
In the garden of our accommodation we have recently built a new private spa, which is a great opportunity to relax during your holiday.
The spa includes:
- Cedar Finnish Sauna: a traditional sauna made from quality cedar wood, offering you an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
- A wooden cooling pool: The perfect way to refresh yourself after a hot sauna and promote blood circulation.
- Outdoor shower
The entire spa is private and can be rented for a few days or even the entire stay for an additional fee :)

Upon agreement, it is possible to extend the accommodation capacity up to 10 people by temporarily adding a mattress for two people. For this variation please contact me :)
The price does not include city tax, which must be paid in cash (CZK/EUR/USD) during your stay. This fee is payable to Prague and children are exempt from paying this fee. Its rate is 50 CZK per adult person for each day of stay.

La maison se trouve dans un joli coin de verdure proche de Prague , très paisible, elle a un très grand jardin et on s’y sent bien avec le sauna! Elle a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances
L’hôte est super accueillant
Je vous recommande le restaurant Babiččina Beseda à proximité , très bon plats, c’est pas cher et accueil au top

I can honestly say after years of stopping in AirBnBs all over the UK and Europe. This home is the best value property I have stopped in.
The home is plenty big enough for my family of 5.
Which we would have stopped another night.
10min walk to train station which is 20min from Prague for about £1.00, ridiculously cheap.
Josef is the nicest guy to communicate with and really responsive as a host.
We had the Sauna and Plunge Barrel which we used ever day and was well worth the few extra pounds.
You will not be disappointed with this property.👍
