The whole house is fully at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay (including the entire garden).
In the garden of our accommodation we have recently built a new private spa, which is a great opportunity to relax during your holiday.
The spa includes:
- Cedar Finnish Sauna: a traditional sauna made from quality cedar wood, offering you an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
- A wooden cooling pool: The perfect way to refresh yourself after a hot sauna and promote blood circulation.
- Outdoor shower
The entire spa is private and can be rented for a few days or even the entire stay for an additional fee :)
This unique opportunity will allow you to perfectly relax surrounded by nature after a day exploring the beauty of Prague. Please contact me for a quote and the possibility of using the private wellness.
Upon agreement, it is possible to extend the accommodation capacity up to 10 people by temporarily adding a mattress for two people. For this variation please contact me :)
The price does not include city tax, which must be paid in cash (CZK/EUR/USD) during your stay. This fee is payable to Prague and children are exempt from paying this fee. Its rate is 50 CZK per adult person for each day of stay.

La maison se trouve dans un joli coin de verdure proche de Prague , très paisible, elle a un très grand jardin et on s’y sent bien avec le sauna! Elle a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances
L’hôte est super accueillant
Je vous recommande le restaurant Babiččina Beseda à proximité , très bon plats, c’est pas cher et accueil au top

I can honestly say after years of stopping in AirBnBs all over the UK and Europe. This home is the best value property I have stopped in.
The home is plenty big enough for my family of 5.
Which we would have stopped another night.
10min walk to train station which is 20min from Prague for about £1.00, ridiculously cheap.
Josef is the nicest guy to communicate with and really responsive as a host.
We had the Sauna and Plunge Barrel which we used ever day and was well worth the few extra pounds.
You will not be disappointed with this property.👍

Hidden gem very close to Prague city center.
Spacious, clean and quiet place. The dogs loved the garden!
The house had everything we needed to stay for a week.

Ubytovanie bolo fajn. Stačilo nám, keďže sme tam chodili len spať. Chýbalo tam troška základné vybavenie: soľ,korenie,cukor, atď, ale zasa v popise to nebolo uvedené. Chýbali na oknách sieťky proti hmyzu, ešte že neboli komáre 🙂.
Do centra Prahy sme sa dostali do 30 min. To bolo super.
Ubytovanie určite odporúčam, nám sa tam veľmi páčilo. Uvažujeme, že sa tam vrátime.

very calm and beautiful place directly in front of a very larg public garden. With comfortable private yard with a grill completely suitable for a group of friends or families with children. The house is spacious and clean. Communication with Hosef was very easy and friendly. all in all every thing was very good, totally recommended

The host was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions and assisting with everything we needed. They provided clear instructions and even decorated the house beautifully before our arrival. The home itself was stunning, with an amazing sauna and every amenity we could have asked for. The garden was spacious, offering plenty of room for parking and any activities we might have wanted to do. The host went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

Es ist schwer , zu einen guten Preis , etwas in Prag zu finden. Mit 6 Personen , 3 Autos und 2 Hunden . Deswegen war diese Unterkunft perfekt geeignet . Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Joseph . Kann ich nur empfehlen .

Josef has a great house with a nice kitchen, large bedrooms, a huge private and fenced yard for the kids and dogs, located close to a grocery store and restaurants.
The house is in a quiet area, while being close to the train station. It is about 40 min to the old town area of Prague.
Josef was very helpful, giving detailed instructions for both check in and check out, and offering restaurant recommendations for the area.
I highly recommend this house to a large group, a family, or anyone who needs a yard for their dogs. It's also a great house if you need a quiet place to rest and relax.
